Sunday Morning Worship<\/strong> – 10:30 am <\/strong>– 548 Luzerne Road, Queensbury, New York. We offer a nursery for little ones up to age 5 staffed by two women at every morning service. On the first Sunday of the month we usually have a covered dish luncheon after the morning service. On the second through the fifth Sundays of the month, we sing hymns of the faith and hear God’s Word preached at Evening Worship<\/strong> at 6:00 p.m.<\/strong> Ordinarily, we celebrate the Sacrament of the Lord’s Supper<\/strong> on the first morning and the third evening of each month. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bible-based, Christ-centered Sunday School<\/strong> for children begins on Sunday, Sept. 13th at 9:30 a.m. The current topic for adult Sunday School is “Dust to Glory” taught by R.C. Sproul on DVD and facilitated by Elder Ken Burl. “Dust to Glory” is an overview of the entire Bible, and it was considered by R.C. Sproul to be the most important teaching tool offered by Ligonier Ministries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Women and men meet separately on Wednesdays, women at 1:00 p.m. and men at 6:00 pm from September through June, for growth in discipleship, building up in the faith, and mutual encouragement as we study God’s Word and pray together. <\/strong>You are welcome to join the men in the sanctuary at 548 Luzerne Road, and women in our building expansion. Men are studying 1 Thessalonians, and women are studying 1 Corinthians.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Children and teens meet for Christian Service Brigade<\/strong> and Girls Growing Gracefully in the Light of Christ <\/strong>two Friday evenings a month from September through April. These programs continue at 7:00 p.m. on Oct. 16, Oct. 23, Nov. 6, Nov. 20, Dec. 4 and Dec. 18.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Single adults and families with young children gather for Life Together <\/strong> at the pastor’s home on the first Sunday afternoon of each month at 4:30 pm for a light supper, family worship, fellowship and games. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Men of the church generally gather on the first Saturday of each month at 8:00 a.m. for Saturday Sound Words Breakfast, <\/strong>studing together chapters from books such as “A Reader’s Guide to the Westminster Confession”, by Chad Van Dixhoorn, “Knowing God” by J.I. Packer, and “A Little Book on the Christian Life” by John Calvin. Our meeting dates for the rest of 2026 are Nov. 7 and Dec. 5.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We belong to the Presbyterian Church in America.  <\/strong> It is our aim and purpose to worship God reverently and sincerely, to edify the children of God, and to reach those who do not know Christ with the Good News of the Gospel.  We are firmly persuaded and convinced that the way to reach these three goals is to declare and proclaim the inerrant Word of the Living God.  \u201cSo faith comes from hearing, and hearing through the Word of Christ\u201d (Romans 10:17).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
